Meet the IA Crew
“No matter how educated, talented, rich or cool you are, how you treat people ultimately tells all. Integrity is everything.”

Michael Jordan. Growing up playing basketball, I always looked up to him as the best to ever play the game. He was the ultimate competitor and I always admired his “never quit” mentality.
I think I’d have to pick being able to understand any language in the world. That way you could travel anywhere and there wouldn’t be any language barrier. It would be awesome being able to pick a destination and know that you could feel like a local wherever you go.
Clearwater, NE. Population 401. Growing up on our family farm, I was able to roam free with my cousins, ride four-wheelers, drive tractors, swim in the river, build forts, etc. And each summer we would spend weekends at our family lake boating, riding jet ski’s and wakeboarding. I still am a Nebraska boy at heart! GBR
I drove 15 hours into Baja Mexico on a week long surfing trip with a bunch of buddies. No cell phones, no hospitals if you get injured…it was pretty gnarly. Needless to say, I was ready for a shower after a week of roughing it.
Working with an amazing team of Employees and Clients/Candidates that is changing technology and the way the world interacts with it on a daily basis. We get to be on the cutting-edge of the next big thing!
Aside from my Dad, my uncle was one of my biggest influences growing up because he was the most happy, animated, and super successful adult who I wanted to emulate. He brought himself out of poverty with sheer grit and built an empire, which he sold and now travels the world counting his dollars and sipping great wine. What a dream.
To have mental power over metal objects would be cool because it allows you to do a lot of amazing things.
I grew up on the west side of SLC, UT (Kearns). My favorite memory is riding my bike all over town and acting like an idiot e.g. throw rocks, break stuff, play sports, etc….back when kids weren’t wrapped in bubblewrap and were allowed to roam like the nomadic tribes of old.
Rock Climbing without ropes, or even proper shoes up one of Salt Lake’s many canyons. Crazy/Stupid.
I love the freedom that we all get to create our own trail, and continuously break new territory as a company. It doesn’t hurt that we are surrounded with friends that work here, we have a lot of fun.
Bo Jackson was my idol as a kid. I was amazed at the things he could do on the field and blown away by the fact that he was a two-sport athlete at a time when their weren’t any. Seemed like he could do anything he set his mind to and that’s something I’ve always carried with me and aspired to.
The Force of course. What couldn’t you accomplish if all of your natural, physical and mental abilities were enhanced and you could also control other peoples minds. Bad ass.
I grew up in a small town in NH, called Laconia, which is nestled between several lakes and mountains on all sides. The best days I had growing up were spent playing sports all day (baseball, whiffleball, football, basketball, tennis, volleyball) with my buddies, pounding a huge glass of orange Kool-Aid and then hopping on our bikes to go swim at the lake and invent some new game to play.
In college I spent six months in London as part of a study abroad program and at the end of school, two of my best friends and I traveled all over Europe in a 1977 English (steering wheel on the right side) Land Rover with the spare tire mounted on the hood, like we were on safari. We traveled all over Europe for more than a month with no cell phones, no maps and just a vague idea of where we were going and how to get there. We had a lifetime of adventures and met some amazing and surely unique people along the way. The time of my life.
Helping candidates find a great new position that’s exactly what they are looking for. Plus, I get to meet new people all the time and I work among friends. What more could I ask for?
My mom. She is the most loving, generous, hard-working, brilliant woman I’ve ever known, and I still strive to be just like her.
I would definitely choose the ability to fly. Southern California traffic. Enough said.
I grew up in Ventura County. Sun and beaches. It’s no wonder I ended up in another beach city.
The Koloa Zipline in Kauai, Hawaii. Over 1.5 miles of zipline in the pouring rain during a hurricane.
The word “team” really means something here. Everyone always has a positive, encouraging attitude and genuinely wants to see each other succeed.
